Navigate Response is pleased to announce the expansion of Triton’s live automated exercise reporting features which will ensure that trainers can track every aspect of a developing exercise in real time and facilitate detailed post incident hot wash-ups.
The Triton simulation system allows exercise managers to continually adjust the flow of content to ensure that participants are realistically challenged, but not uselessly overwhelmed. The newly updated automated reporting system allows exercise managers to track when participants are first seeing new content, their posting activity and how they are engaging with hashtags. Access to this level of real time information can help the exercise managers to make adjustments as the exercise develops.
Feedback is an essential part of all exercises; however, in large simulations providing detailed feedback has often taken significant time with a delay between the end of the exercise and the delivery of the feedback. Such delays can render the feedback significantly less useful as the details and context of the exercise fade from memory. With the new enhanced reporting features, Triton exercise participants will be able to receive detailed individualised feedback immediately at any time.
Augmenting the automated feedback and reporting, trainers are able to score and provide feedback on participant responses at any time within the system. To retain the realism of the simulation this scoring is not immediately visible to the participants, but is saved for review at exercise pause points.
