About Triton

Triton has been developed by Navigate Response, a London headquartered global crisis communications agency for the international shipping industry.

We run countless crisis communications exercises a year and needed a robust, realistic and easy-to-use social and mainstream media simulator. When we looked at the many software systems in the market, none was able to meet our needs exactly. Some were too complicated, others were too expensive. We needed a system which a communications professional could run with the minimum of fuss; could offer team performance analytics & filters; and function in any language. We needed a system which would allow an agency regularly delivering exercises for different clients to quickly and easily re-purpose its own content.

So we built our own platform.
